Job Description
Enable lead generation for multiple industry segments
Reach out to prospects across industry segments and share YCH capabilities
Ensure deep connect with prospects through email/meetings
Regularly conduct prospective client visits to YCH Operating locations in the region
Gather market information to get active RFP/ RFQ in the 3 PL space
Once RFP is obtained, seek data from the prospect through sharing of questionnaires and data templates
Conduct client site visits to get a better understanding of the product and its handling
Prepare RFP details with support from procurement at HO
Work with Reporting Manager to create a 3 PL solution including infra, manpower, capex and opex calculations
Conduct professional follow up with clients to get favorable business closure
Post Go-Live, Respond to corporate customer needs/enquiries/complaints
Develop and maintain strong existing corporate customer relations and loyalty
