**About Your Role:**
As an Assistant General Manager at one of Dollar Tree’s Distribution Centers, you’ll manage and coordinate receiving, order filling, shipping, and off-shift operations to ensure safe, productive, and cost-effective distribution. You’ll partner with the General Manager to meet operational, quality, and safety goals while mentoring and developing a team of supervisors and frontline associates.
