YES is one of Manchester’s most exciting and eclectic late-night venues, spread across four floors of live music, club nights, food, drinks, and unforgettable energy. From intimate basement gigs to packed-out dancefloors and rooftop sessions that run late into the night, YES is a venue built on great hospitality, strong operations, and creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the door.
The Role
This is a hands-on, operational role at the heart of the venue. You’ll be supporting the management team day-to-day, leading shifts, keeping standards high, supporting the team, and making sure the venue runs properly from open through to late night close.
