Requirements
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Assistant General Manager within a 4-star hotel environment
- Strong operational knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Relations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent guest relations and customer service ability
- Strong understanding of stock control, financial controls, and hotel operations
- Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- References are essential
- Own transport advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Stable employment history essential
