Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager, fostering a learning culture, delivering sales and retention performance, and leading center operations.
Responsibilities
Center Operations
- Understand key KPIs and financials to make informed business decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with families to align with core values and provide exceptional service.
- Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the center.
- Work a typical schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift, with hours dependent on center needs.
- Communicate coaching schedule changes using scheduling and communication platforms.
- Sell and schedule events (camps, parties) to maximize profitability.
