Job Purpose
Key person in consolidatingand reporting on accounting matters for the Group as well as reviewer for theHolding Company daily accounting and finance matter.
Job Responsibilities
- Checking ontreatment of accounting transactions and review full set account for holdingand subsidiary companies, which also include compliance to accountingstandards, Companies’ Act and other relevant regulatory.
- Preparation ofGroup consolidation and financial reporting of the Group for internalManagement as well as for submission to external parties such as Bursa.
- Checking andprepare financial analysis for the Group.
