Job Description
**主要职位职责**
人员管理—计划团队日常或短期任务重点。管理员工及设置个人目标。培训员工，支持个人发展，就员工招聘、绩效考核和表扬奖励等方面提出主要意见。
- 协助店铺经理，管理一个或者多个商店职责（销售、推销、经营、会计等）或者管理大型商店的特定销售区/业务
- 店铺经理不在时，履行所有店铺管理职责。
- 可以直接监督部门经理、员工和/或顾客服务。
- 制定商店活动的统计和叙述报告。
- 可以与产品部/视觉团队进行交流，监督店铺现场陈列改善和维修。
- 协助店铺经理提供高档消费者体验和员工体验，实施/执行全球和区域计划，提升销售业绩。
**具体工作经验**
- 4年零售经验、1年管理经验
