We are looking for someone who is a Licensed Practical Nurse for this position. Experience in a private seniors' residence and in staff management is an asset.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with one weekend out of two. Salary: $28 to $32 per hour
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as an intermediary for various external stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists, CLSC, CISSS, etc.)
- Carry out/contribute to the clinical assessment and monitoring of residents and ensure work routes are updated according to their specific needs
