Responsibilities- Support the Executive Housekeeper in overseeing daily Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet luxury cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Supervise and guide the Housekeeping team to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections and promptly address housekeeping and maintenance issues.
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery matters related to housekeeping operations.
