Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
Salary: up to $4,500
Job Duties- Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and HR policies
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes
- Assist in training coordination and employee engagement activities
- Design and deliver training programmes to support employee growth
- Handle employee enquiries and provide HR support
- Lead performance appraisal processes and support development conversations
- Manage staff benefits and claims
- Work closely with internal teams to support HR operations
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Diploma/Degree in HR or related field
