Responsibilities
- Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and talent pipeline initiatives. Coordinate leadership development, employee engagement, and organisational development programmes. Assist in driving performance management and talent review processes.
- Support the review/update, implementation, and communication of HR policies and frameworks. Review and update Employee Handbook, staff benefits and other related policies to be in line with the latest legislation guidelines.
- Participate in Group HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in HR analytics, reporting, and manpower planning exercises.
- Support the management of employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Prepare new employee on-boarding related logistics including conducting new hire orientation on staff benefits/welfare and letter of appointment.
