Summary
- Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment) is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of recruitment & talent acquisition activities, including internships, grants administration, and workforce planning.
- This role ensures timely hiring to meet business needs, supports work pass administration, manages employee engagement & relations, HR policy development, and bursary management.
- Incumbent will supervise and develop HR team members to ensure efficient & compliant HR operations.
- Lead and manage regional end-to-end recruitment processes: manpower planning, job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection & onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
