Job Responsibilities
- Conduct job architecture review, benchmarking exercises, research data sources and analyse trends to make recommendation for annual salary structure reviews
- Review the job structures and market trends to ensure our current salary packages, Performance management based rewards, Talent Management programmes, including well-being programme, etc. are updated.
- Assist with cross-functional HR functions, including performance management, talent development, employee relations, and policy alignment.
- Support international transfers, expatriate management, and global policy harmonization.
- Work closely with countries' HR business partners to identify and resolve C&B related issues and address team members' concerns
- Participate in other HR projects as required
