Basic information:
- Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
- Basic UP $7000
- Location: Kallang JCT
Job Scope:
- Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
- Partner with business leaders to optimize performance through effective recruitment management.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle and provide hiring recommendations.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans.
- Support manpower budgeting to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the HR team in handling HR administration and payroll operations.
Additional Information:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 5 - 7 years of progressive HR full spectrum experience
