Job Description
- Act as a Business Partner, advising and building organizational designs to align with business strategies and objectives.

- Collaborate with managers on workforce planning and manpower allocation to support business expansion.
- Plan, monitor, and report on headcount and personnel expense budgets.

- Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies for both office and retail teams, ensuring the right talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
