Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment process from manpower request to new join logistics and induction, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interviewing, offering, etc.
- Plan and execute Region HR initiatives pertaining to ER / L&D and Compliance
- Act as a business partner to line managers in providing HR expertise and advice in resolving the day-to-day HR operations and employee issues
- Support the implementation of Headquarters and Regional HR policies and process in local office and ensure all the process are followed through
- Act as the local point of contact with local payroll vendors and coordinate with Headquarters C&B when required.
- Compile HR reports regularly and upon request
- Participate in all HR ad hoc projects as assigned
