Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client assessments for Australian skilled migration programs.
- Assist in preparing visa applications for Subclass 189, 190, 491 and related visa categories.
- Review client documents and ensure compliance with Australian immigration requirements.
- Prepare Skills Assessment applications with authorities such as ACS, Engineers Australia, VETASSESS, ANMAC, and others.
- Assist clients with Expression of Interest (EOI) submissions through SkillSelect.
- Draft professional correspondence, submission letters, and client communications.
- Follow up with clients regarding missing documents and application updates.
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM and case management systems.
- Monitor immigration policy updates and communicate relevant changes to clients and team members.
