Job Description
The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be responsible for managing and nurturing strategic relationships with bus operator partners. The role focuses on driving account growth, ensuring partner satisfaction, and aligning Go Hub Capital’s transportation technology solutions (AFC, CTS, TOS, fleet solutions) with the operators’ business needs. The KAM will act as the primary liaison between Go Hub and the bus operators, ensuring smooth communication, contract management, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned bus operator accounts.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
- Conduct regular review meetings to track performance, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
