Position Overview The Assistant Lead Analyst will take on the role of Institution Business Analyst (IBA) in IT project management, IT operations support and user engagement. The role involves working closely with user teams, IT teams (Cybersecurity, Network, System, EUC), and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of project activities, timely issue resolution, and operational readiness of Entity's systems. The IBA also play a role in driving security compliance, operational governance, and audit readiness of Entity's systems. Role & Responsibilities Support Entity's workplan projects and ad‑hoc system initiatives from planning through deployment. Coordinate with users, project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project lifecycle activities (requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment) and adherence to standards.
