Assistant Loss Prevention Manager

Britannia is expanding! Reporting to the Associate Director, Loss Prevention – Asia, we are looking for an experienced Mariner who will assist with the development and execution of the Loss Prevention Department’s APAC strategy in support of the Loss Prevention Department’s overall strategy. He/She will also be responsible to deliver on the Loss Prevention Department’s activities worldwide and provide support to Members as well as the internal and external stakeholders. The individual should have offshore or green ship fleets experience.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Write and review articles and guidance to be published by the Association to raise awareness of safety issues and risk insights on a range of maritime matters.
• Conduct causal analyses of individual or grouped claims incurred by the Association’s Members to identify systemic causes, trends and areas of risk. These analyses may include:
