Job Description
Duties
- Oversee day to day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Support & inspire department teams to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining efficient operational procedures.
- Champion a guest centric culture across all areas of the property.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve concerns.
- Ensure compliance with financial protocols, labour legislation and administrative requirements.
- Work closely with General Mangers to ensure smooth seasonal operations.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Build strong relationships with local suppliers, fisherman and artisans.
Requirements
- Proven stable work history within the hospitality industry.
- A complementary couple with strong experience across F&B management, Front Office, Reservations & Housekeeping.
- South African residency essential.
