Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to support capability development initiatives through L&D operations, systems management, learning analytics, and process automation.
Contract Duration: 12 months
Salary: Up to $6,500/month
Responsibilities- Support capability development initiatives and provide secretariat support for internal learning and development systems
- Assist in the management of training budgets and funding administration
- Manage and maintain L&D systems, including learner records and programme operations
- Support learning analytics and dashboard reporting to track training effectiveness
- Drive automation and knowledge-sharing initiatives, including the integration of AI tools and coordination of sharing sessions
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
- Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
