General Summary
The Accounts Manager is in charge of group consolidation financial report, subsidiaries company accounts and overseas sales office accounts.
Principal Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly group consolidation financial report include monthly forecast P&L, monthly financial report and yearly budget and yearly financial report
- Prepare holding company audited financial statement report and handling holding company financial year end audit
- Prepare monthly overseas subsidiary financial report include monthly forecast P&L, monthly financial report and yearly budget and yearly financial report
- Review subsidiaries company audited financial statement reports
- In charge and monitor overseas regional office (RO) & country office (CO) finance functions
