Assistant Manager, Admissions & Conversion
The Assistant Manager, Admissions & Enrolment reports to the Chief Admissions Officer and is responsible for driving enrolment growth through camps, sports academies and related short‑term programmes, while supporting the wider school admissions pipeline. The primary focus of this role is to convert camp and sports academy families into full school admissions prospects, applicants and enrolled students. This includes owning the camp/sports enrolment pipeline, identifying high‑potential families, managing structured follow‑up, and positioning short‑term programmes as a clear pathway into Epsom College Malaysia’s full boarding and day school programmes.
