Scope of Service
- Assist/support Green Mark Certification/Tracking/data analyzing;
- Manage, coordinate & monitor progress of AEI works including all interfacing work needed on interruption of services / supplies etc.;
- Manage new setup, handover / takeover of spaces for the AEI related work;
- Keep proper record of the AEI inventories and ensure proper handing over of services / system to document all DLP requirements/warranties etc;
- Do up Term Contract for all newly takeover systems / services to ensure all maintenance all in order;
- Assist with M&E ops matter and be familiar with authority submission and compliances;
- Ability to manage vendors to deliver the required services based on contract scope;
- Train Tech/ops team on site with hands‑on experience / ability like settling basic plumbing and builders’ problems;
- Handle AEI / tenant fitting out including coordinating DLP defects between the parties;
