Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build a quality Agribusiness asset portfolio as per the set targets within assigned region(s)

  • Monitor and maintain portfolio quality within acceptable credit risk exposure (below 5%)

  • Grow liability accounts as per the set retail targets.

  • Build and maintain an effective new Sales Pipeline in the Agriculture sector.

  • Effectively market the Agribusiness Products to new Prospects and increase KCB Agribusiness market share on both Assets and Liabilities significantly....
