Job Function & Responsibilities
The Technical Manager is responsible for all technical related matters, not limited to identifying and assessing technical training needs, creating tailored training plans, and implementing various technical training methods to enhance staffs’ skills and performance
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring all services and repairs comply with manufacturers guidelines and protocols
- Investigating and responding to customers feedback to team
- Ability to analyze and diagnose detective parts or components and provide effective solutions to HODs or customers
- Support HODs in addressing customer questions and complaints in relation to our products, e.g ICE truck & bus and High Voltage vehicles
- Provide HODs support for special tools and workshop equipment
- Perform fault finding, diagnosis and repair (e.g. all ICE engine, turbo charger system, CAN bus)
