Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create / monitor drawing submission schedule and making sure that the drawings are submitted in timely manner. Creating project report and supporting weekly reports
  • Perform clash detection, identifying and resolving issues.
  • Support in managing company and project-specific BIM Standard.
  • Quality control of BIM output of BIM Modelers.
  • Liaise with contractors, consultant and end-user when there are issues on the design.
  • Lead / support in weekly BIM Meeting.
  • Support in training junior BIM Modeler on required software or application used in the project

    • Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 5 years of experience in BIM large scales projects as Main Contractor environment, preferably in data centre or critical environment
  • Certification in workplace safety (eg. WSQ, WSH) preferred.
  • Positive proactive attitude and ethical behaviour.
