Responsibilities
- Guide potential domestic customers of high-rise buildings on the process of applying for new connection and receiving the application forms along with prerequisite documents.
- Verify that applications for new connections in buildings include comprehensive documentation, such as building information, proof of ownership, and details about the intended use of gas.
- Assist in conducting the detailed scrutiny of application forms and documents that customer has submitted with the application forms.
- Aid in providing recommendations for field activities involving a physical survey to evaluate the feasibility of installing a gas connection in the building.
