Job Description
Responsibilities
- Liaise with public and private sector stakeholders and build strategic partnerships to support capacity-building initiatives, identify target audiences, and ensure effective engagement for change programs
- Plan and execute structured change management trainings, workshops, seminars, stakeholder sessions, and represent the organization in B2B events and trade shows in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Identify outreach opportunities and generate leads to expand the reach and effectiveness of change initiatives
- Develop well‑researched concept notes, presentations, and change communication materials
- Create, update, and maintain user manuals and implementation guides for all deployed modules in collaboration with subject matter experts, ensuring accuracy and relevance
