Assistant Manager (Clinical Management)

What the role is:

You play a critical role in supporting the Senior Manager of Clinical Management at the Medical Classification Centre (MCC), ensuring seamless day-to-day frontline clinical operations.

What you will be working on:

- Oversee day-to-day frontline clinical operations at MCC to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery- Manage manpower allocation to ensure adequate clinical coverage and operational readiness- Coordinate staff training programmes to maintain and enhance clinical competencies- Address and resolve clinical requirements and operational issues within MCC in a timely mannerChallenge(s)- Balancing customers' expectations with the key operational and clinical requirements set by the organisation, requiring sound judgement and effective prioritisation
