Job Description
- Guide the prospective commercial customers on the process of applying for new connection and receiving the application forms along with prerequisite documents such as Trade License, property documents, load undertaking etc.
- Assist in detailed scrutiny of application forms and documents that customer has submitted with the application forms.
- Assist in conducting the physical survey at the site where a new connection is needed, and prepare a survey report that includes analysis and meaningful insights.
- Assign the cases to respective surveyors for on-site visits, and upon completion of the survey, analyze the report for approval or disapproval of the application forms.
- After completing the documentary process, generate customer IDs in CC&B for customer care and billing purposes.
