Job Description
The Assistant Manager will play a dual role in compliance assurance review and data analytics, supporting the Company in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements while leveraging data-driven insights to enhance risk identification, monitoring and decision-making. This role involves executing risk-based compliance reviews as well as developing and applying data analytics solutions to strengthen surveillance, improve efficiency and support compliance management.
Key responsibilities:
- Support and execute risk-based compliance assurance reviews, including planning, fieldwork, testing and reporting, to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify gaps or improvement areas.
- Conduct root cause analysis on identified issues and develop practical, value-added recommendations.
