Contracts & Compliance (C&C) Assistant Manager is responsible for Contracts Review, Negotiation, and Compliance matters in the Research Division at NCCS.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and Manage C&C unit
- Track and manage legal agreements, and maintain legal agreement database
- Facilitate the negotiation and execution of legal agreements
- Provide support to facilitate the training and guiding of staff on compliance (HBRA & PDPA)
- Act as check points for compliance (HBRA, PDPA) requirements by sighting compliance related approval documentation where necessary
- Provide guidance to C&C unit junior staff
- Improve contracts review workflow
- Coordinate with CTE-CTO and LCDG (other contract teams in NCCS)
