1.Timely development to Brake System Parts with desired quality level & ensure PPAP/PSW & Handover on time. 2.Technical signoff, Participation in Feasibility, GD&T study with design team and supplier to make process simplified. TSO, DAP, APQP, PPAP , FTG approval from Suppliers2. Planning, timely monitoring and periodic review of all projects / supplier across location3. Accuracy in budgeting4. Reduction in bottleneck issues w.r.t. time, cost, and gateways5. Performance analysis leading to identification of failure/ deviation mode and taking preventive and corrective actions6. Providing support through analysis, reviews, and coordination to projects teams to achieve set targets.7. Continuous improvement in quality & development time, benchmarking, Lesson learns deployment etc..8. Trails, Buyoff, Commissioning & installation of FTG to achieve desired quality output.Experience
