- Achieve sales and Couple Years of Protection (CYP) targets for your assigned areas.
- Recruit, develop, and retain Medical Information Officers (MIOs), ensuring they meet their KPIs and maintain strong field presence.
- Implement organizational policies and monitor field sales and operational SOPs at provider locations and pharmacies.
- Track and evaluate MIO and distributor sales force performance through regular reviews, reporting, and action planning.
