Assistant Manager, E-commerce KAM
We are seeking a strategic and highly motivated E-commerce KAM to oversee our e-commerce account, and manage a portfolio of top-tier brands. In this pivotal role, you will drive the overarching e-commerce strategy, manage P&L for assigned accounts, and ensure operational excellence across major platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. You will act as the strategic bridge between our clients, internal teams, and e-commerce platforms to accelerate GMV growth and expand market share.
What You'll Do
- Own the overarching e-commerce strategy and P&L for a portfolio of brands, driving the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual GMV and revenue targets.
- Act as the senior escalation point and strategic advisor for key clients, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure long-term alignment between brand goals and agency delivery.
