Job Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate Industrial Relations matters, including disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, domestic inquiries, grievances and employee complaints in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
- Provide guidance and advisory support to line managers and employees on employment‑related matters to ensure fair, consistent and compliant application of HR policies, procedures and employment practices.
- Facilitate the resolution of employee relations issues through effective communication, investigation and conflict resolution processes while promoting a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Coordinate and monitor Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases for non‑confirmed and underperforming employees, ensuring timely follow‑up, proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.
