Job Description

Job Responsibility

  1. Manage and coordinate Industrial Relations matters, including disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations, domestic inquiries, grievances and employee complaints in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
  2. Provide guidance and advisory support to line managers and employees on employment‑related matters to ensure fair, consistent and compliant application of HR policies, procedures and employment practices.
  3. Facilitate the resolution of employee relations issues through effective communication, investigation and conflict resolution processes while promoting a positive and harmonious work environment.
  4. Coordinate and monitor Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) cases for non‑confirmed and underperforming employees, ensuring timely follow‑up, proper documentation and adherence to established procedures.
