Job Scope
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our employer branding initiatives to attract UNIQLO Management Candidate (UMC) talents and support their development journey to become future UNIQLO Business Leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline through university partnerships, managing the end-to-end UMC selection and onboarding process, and developing strategies to strengthen the UMC program.
This role requires a professional with proven expertise in employer branding, strong analytical and planning skills, and a demonstrated passion for UNIQLO and retail operations. The individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, be proactive in anticipating challenges, and remain open to taking on additional tasks as assigned.
