Role Purpose
To strengthen MTFA’s enterprise-wide strategic planning and performance governance by institutionalizing structured systems, dashboards and cross-functional performance alignment.
The Assistant Manager, ESP will serve as the central integrator between strategy, operations and governance reporting.
Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Strategy Support- Support CEO in annual strategic planning and mid-year review cycles.
- Translate organisational priorities into measurable KPIs across clusters.
- Develop business cases for major proposals before Board submission.
- Ensure departmental plans are aligned to organisational goals and strategic direction.
- Identify misalignment, gaps, and implementation risks, and elevate where necessary.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and resource prioritisation.
