Assistant Manager/ Executive - Retail Operations and Planning

Overall Job Purpose:

• Key responsibilities: Staff management, inventory control, marketing activities, sales reports and meeting sales targets.

• Overseeing all retail operations and ensuring productivity levels are met.
• Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
• Coordinating and supervising the work of retail staff, sometimes including recruitment and training.
• Backend ordering and sales reporting
• Communicating with vendors, clients and team members to achieve business goals. Monitoring retail operating costs, budgets and resources.
• Any other duties as assigned.
