Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager - EXIM
Location: Madurai


Role Purpose:


The Assistant Manager – EXIM will manage end‑to‑end import and export operations and handle export‑benefit schemes such as Advance Authorisation (AA), EPCG, and Duty Drawback. This role is needed as we are moving from the RoDTEP scheme to the AA scheme, which provides much higher benefits. Since the AA scheme requires extensive documentation, detailed reconciliation, and regular follow‑ups with DGFT and Customs, one dedicated resource is required to ensure compliance and smooth execution.

 Principal Accountabilities:

  • Manage the Advance Authorisation (AA) scheme end‑to‑end.

  • Apply for AA licences and ensure timely approvals.

  • Track licence utilisation and ensure proper closure.

  • Monitor export obligations and ensure they are met on time.

  • Manage export‑benefit schemes including AA, EPCG, and Duty Drawback.
