About the Role:
Side is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager - Finance to join our finance team. Based in London, this role will support the Finance Manager and broader finance function by overseeing daily finance operations, contributing to financial planning and analysis, and helping drive process improvements. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance, while supporting and mentoring junior finance staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Manager with the preparation and review of financial reports including management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Oversee the month-end and quarter-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
