Job Description

Our client is a service provider that supports all types of visa applications. They also provide translation services. They are currently looking for an Assistant Manager of Finance.

Job Descriptions:

  • Managing the overall finance activities of the operation unit and liaison with counterparties.
  • Handling day-to-day processes and activities concerning collection, payment, and reporting.
  • Being responsible for the maintenance of books of accounts and reconciliation on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and ensuring timely reporting of the financial information.
  • Ensuring the proper internal control and compliance with statutory, legal, and internal audit requirements & closure of audit points.
  • Ensuring that all comply with both local regulations and Company’s policies.
