Role Purpose
We are seeking an Assistant Finance Manager (Group Consolidation & Tax) with strong technical accounting expertise to lead group consolidation, statutory reporting, and tax/GST compliance across our regional entities.
The AFM will act as the technical anchor of the finance team, ensuring accuracy, control, and continuous improvement as the group modernises its systems and reporting processes. Key Responsibilities Group & Statutory Reporting Manage monthly group consolidation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting. Review entity financials and perform variance analysis prior to consolidation. Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analyses for management and board. Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and group accounting policies. Audit & Compliance Lead annual statutory audits for Singapore entities and the consolidated group.
