We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Food Production to oversee daily operations of Bakery and Live Kitchen production, ensuring quality, hygiene, and efficiency standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bakery and live kitchen production activities
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and food safety compliance
- Monitor production planning, wastage control, and cost management
- Maintain hygiene standards as per food safety regulations
- Coordinate with store operations and inventory teams
- Manage production staff scheduling and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in bakery or food production (retail/supermarket preferred)
