What the role is
Assistant Manager (Hard Services) / Estates & Facilities Management
What you will be working on- Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of M&E systems , in accordance with statutory requirements, relevant codes, and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee and manage service providers’ performance against contracted SLAs and KPIs , including system uptime, thermal comfort/IAQ, energy efficiency, fault response and restoration timelines, and overall service delivery.
- Conduct regular oversight of service providers for assigned M&E systems (ACMV, Mechanical and Fire Protection), including verification of preventive maintenance execution and quality of closure for both critical and non-critical systems through sample checks and site walks.
