Job Description
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical profile with the following expertise required:
Responsibilities
- Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics
- HCM spreadsheet loader and HCM Data Loader
- Fast Forms including the accrual calculation
- Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Webapi call
- OTBI and BI publisher reports
- Alert composer and creation of new alerts
- Workflow Email notification template changes
- Page composer and understanding of EI expression
- At least 3 end‑to‑end Implementation engagements in various roles – Consultant / Lead / Architect and/or Project Lead
- Conduct workshop with HR Business Stakeholders: identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set‑ups
