Key Responsibilities Payroll Audit, HR MISTraining and Development Statutory Compliance Performance Management Digitization of Automation of payroll project and its execution Rewards and Recognitions Drive performance management system (KRA/KPI ) accross the BUs Tracking of variable Pay assessment and payout Identify training needs and implement employee development programs.succession planning, and competency mapping. Guide managers on performance feedback and employee coaching.
