Application Maintenance & Support
- First‑Level Support : Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving enterprise application issues, conducting root‑cause analysis, and coordinating with vendors for timely fixes.
- System Integrity : Oversee application lifecycle activities including upgrades, bug fixes, and system improvements to ensure high availability and data integrity.
